FIXED WING AIRCRAFT AND HELICOPTER VALUATIONS

Southern Aircraft Sales Ltd regularly supplies clients with valuations on both Fixed Wing Light Aircraft and Helicopters , including aviation businesses.

Our Managing Director and company founder Justin Sollitt undertakes all valuations. Mr Sollitt has operated in the general aviation business since 1997 and coupled with his experience as a pilot and aircraft owner has since amassed a tremendous knowledge of various aircraft types, aircraft values and the global general aviation market place. As a result Southern Aircraft Sales Ltd is highly reputed internationally in the business of general aviation buying, selling & valuations where Justin Sollitt is frequently consulted.

Justin Sollitt also carries an affiliation to the Infrastructure, Plant & Machinery Valuation Council within the Property Institute of New Zealand to specialising in General Aviation valuations including Fixed Wing singles and twins, Helicopters, either piston or turbine engine.

A valuation format will vary depending on the clients requirements which could be for either;
- general sale or pre-purchase
- due diligence when buying a business
- finance
- insurance loss, repair or replacement
- refurbishment
- modification
- change of operational use
- taxation and customs
- insolvency matters
- asset recovery

Providing a valuation normally requires sighting the aircraft and obtaining confirmation of the current technical status of the aircraft. In some cases and at our discretion it is not necessary for us personally inspect the aircraft, instead we may be able to complete the valuation based only on photos and specifications supplied by the client.

All valuations are charged based on time accrued plus any travel costs however for most mainstream aircraft types we are able to provide clients an accurate estimate of costs prior. In many cases we are able to share travel costs with another clients requirements in the same region.

All Valuations are supplied in a comprehensive written document, feel free to ask us to provide a document sample
