Buyer: I am very impressed with and appreciate your company integrity, patience and dignity in what must be the most difficult sale you have ever seen.
I have done everything in my power to help this purchase yet your sellers are the most difficult, convoluted, unhelpful and untrustworthy people I have ever done business with. What sort of sellers do you have over there when they sign a binding S+P agreement, take a deposit, then hike the price up, and at the same fail to make the aircraft available in accordance with the spec it was sold on, not to mention months later than promised. Then for good measure they go and try to sell it to someone else themselves after you have just sold it to me. Unlike your sellers I honour my agreements as you can see and that would be the most amicable thing they too could have done, especially considering the amount of money involved.
But you guys just stood your ground cutting through all this vendor madness and got this sorted more or less within the original budget, any other broker would given up and walked away - if you had I would be high and dry and in legal proceedings and still be without the aircraft.
The aircraft runs well without missing a beat, thanks again to you and the engineers for all the help, I am really happy with this purchase. |
