1. DAR Capabilities / Approvals: - I can issue
FAA Form 8130-3 for certain Class ll and lll aircraft parts.
Restricted, Experimental, and Normal Certificates of Airworthiness for airplanes and helicopters, with no limitations on size or weight
Export Certificates of Airworthiness for Class I aviation products.
Special Flight Permits (ferry permits) for airplanes and helicopters, with no limitations on aircraft size or weight
To perform and sign off special aircraft inspections and records reviews pertaining to the Aging Aircraft Safety Act, and in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulation (FAR) Part 121.1105, Part 129.105, Part 135.422, and FAA Advisory Circular 120-84.

As an Aviation Consultant, I can advise owners, operators, and perspective buyers and sellers on all facets of aircraft aviation maintenance engineering and maintenance engineering management, to include aircraft fleet utilization and maintenance planning. ln the area of aircraft sales and leasing, I undertake inspections and documentation reviews, and also perform pre-purchase inspections. I am very familiar with FAR Part 145, pertaining to the regulation of Certificated Repair Stations, and can advise clients on the feasibility of such an undertaking.
